Independent Online Cinema presents an unofficial and free high-concept Lord of the Rings prequel made for under $5,000. this has to be one of the best low budget films i have ever seen. the entire thing was stunningly shot and the fight scene around the 23:00 mark looks absolutely superb. its really amazing what they've done with that kind of budget, can you imagine what they could do with a million dollar budget! by the way some of these big shot directors can learn a thing or two from Chris bouchard cause it didn't take him a 100 million dollar budget to keep me entertained with his 5,000 dollar budget film..
